What have we been up too???

Well the girls have been spending a lot of time outside. They are loving the nice weather. Just lately they spend most of their time on their bikes. Cassady has learned how to ride without training wheels so she thinks riding bike is great. She went from a little Princess bike to a bigger two wheeler. Avary has gone from a Radio Flyer three wheel bike to the little Princess bike with training wheels. Avary thinks she is "SO BIG" now that she is on the Princess bike.

Avary's beginning bike. She first had to learn how to peddle.

Now she is on the "big girl" with training wheels.

Cassady learning on the little princess bike without training wheels.
She is a little tall for this bike, but she could catch herself a little better when she tipped.

Now she is on her big bike and she actually fits on this one.

This is a little late, but over Memorial Day we took took the girls fishing.
They had a great time and caught a lot of fish. Gracie, my niece, came with us.

My "First" has graduated!

Cassady was at Ireton Christian School's Kids of the Kingdom Preschool this past year. She started last August and graduated in May. She LOVED it. She went on Monday and Wednesday mornings and all day on Friday. Each morning when she woke up for school, she always asked if it was a long day or short day. Her favorite day was Friday. She loved the all day activities.

On May 18, she graduated from KOK, but she will be going back this coming August. Mrs. Obbink, her teacher, said she is ready for Kindergarten academically, but not really socially or emotionally. She is also just turning 5 in August, so she would be really young for her class, so Jim and I decided to send her to Preschool again. So she will be doing the official preschool graduation next May. We did not have a big celebration or anything, but we were SO proud of her and all the things she has learned. I just can't believe Cassady is that big already. Time goes so fast. Here are some photos from her big day.
